Listing Agent Checklist

To help and compliment the home inspection, please see that the following items are attended to by the homeowner:

• Note the date and time of the inspection and mark it on a calendar.
• Please make all areas of the house accessible.
• Pets should be restrained.
• It would help the inspection if the seller is NOT present.
• Please remove excessive clutter from pertinent areas.

  Some important areas to make accessible:

  • Electrical panels
  • Windows
  • Garages
  • Attic / crawlspace hatches
  • Main water shutoff
  • Main drain stack clean-outs
